ALTEN Mexico is seeking a motivated junior Performance Feature Specialist/Designer to join our software performance team. You will design and implement performance features, run tests, and document results to drive responsiveness.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, 1–2 years in performance engineering, knowledge of testing tools, and agile experience. The role offers a hybrid work setup and growth opportunities across Mexico, Canada, and Europe.
