Junior Payment Officer (Mandarin)
Working Mode: On-Site

Language Requirement: English & Mandarin

Location:- Kuala Lumpur (Old Klang Road) Hostel accommodation provided
Basic Salary Range: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 + Night Shift Allowance RM 500 + Full Attendance Allowance RM 300 after probation
Working Shift: Rotational Shift (Shift will be rotating every 3 - 6 Months)
Working Days: 5 Days & 2 Days Off Rotational
Intake: March 2026
Key Responsibilities
Execute account and payment transactions within the assigned turnaround time.
Verify bank account setups to ensure they are properly configured and supported on the business website.
Monitor account limits and balances to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and third-party partners to resolve customer-related issues.
