    • Role Overview

    The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by managing leads, engaging prospects remotely, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and online communication. This role supports the sales pipeline by qualifying opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
     

    Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound sales calls
  • Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, and readiness to buy
  • Present products/services and explain value propositions clearly
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
  • Maintain accurate customer and deal records in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel
