Junior Operations Support

We are a growing e-commerce brand in Mexico seeking a Junior Operations Support team
member to assist with backend operational tasks. This role works directly under our
Operations Lead to help build structured systems, costing records, documentation
workflows, and inventory tracking processes.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to operational systems
and structured business management.
We are not looking for a generic virtual assistant. We are looking for someone disciplined,
highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured processes.
Responsibilities
You will assist with:
1. Organizing and categorizing supplier documents and invoices
2. Maintaining structured costing sheets and purchase records
3. Updating and maintaining Google Sheets dashboards
4. Supporting inventory tracking and reconciliation processes
5. Creating and maintaining backend documentation and SOPs
