Junior Operations Manager

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a National Senior Certificate Minimum 3 years relevant experience with a proven people-management track record Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, including the use of AI applications Fully bilingual in Afrikaans (home language strongly preferred) and English Currently based in Schweizer-Reneke or willing to relocate to the area Must have a valid drivers licence and access to own reliable transport The successful candidate will be responsible for: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering responsive, helpful support, and ensuring the timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
