Role and Key Responsibilities:

Be the go-to person who keeps our Hyderabad office organized and welcoming. From reception and suppliers to on boarding and all-hands logistics, you make the day run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Front-of-house for Hyderabad office. Manage reception, visitors, post, couriers, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate facilities and vendors. Cleaning, maintenance, H&S checks, and simple workspace moves.
  • Coordinate with IT for Desk setup, IT, access cards, On boarding, and Exit Procedures
  • Coordinate with HR on On boarding & Off boarding formalities, calendars, events. Team off sites, all-hands logistics, visitor bookings, and occasional catering.
  • Process invoices and expenses. Raise POs, track budgets for office spend, and reconcile monthly with Finance.
