Your Role:
As a Junior position in the global team, you will support the availability of IT systems and services for an international company with more than 65 locations worldwide including multiple cloud-based and physical data centers. You provide 1st and 2nd Level support solving current network security related incidents, service requests, changes and problems. You will pro-actively monitor and improve IT network security systems to provide optimal performance.
