Key Performance Areas
24 x 7 support for network infrastructure
Implementing & Management of Local Area network (LAN).
implementation & Management of Wide Area network (WAN).
Proactive monitoring & management of Network infrastructure.
Ensure Network uptime.
Respond to logged incidents and requests
Implementation of changes as per change management policy.
Liaison with 3rd party service centre and engineers as required
Provide support for service backups
Take part in the test data restore procedure
Monitor success rates and implement workarounds/...
