Job Description

We are seeking a Junior to Intermediate Mine Engineer to support daily and short-term mine planning activities in a large open-pit operation. This is an entry-level to mid-level career role ideal for a mining engineer to build hands‑on operational planning experience with loading units (electric rope shovels and hydraulic excavators). Experience in water management skills/planning are considered highly favourable.

The successful candidate will work closely with Dispatch, Operations, and Senior Mine Planners to ensure shovel plans are safe, practical, achievable and aligned with production targets.

This position will be a full‑time local based role in Calgary working 5 days (40 hours) per week. We are seeking a candidate that can start in this role for Q1‑2026.
