Job Description

  • Prepares and checks schematic reports of Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system to be introduced for a specific project subject for client's approval.
  • Performs mechanical design and calculation to compute and establish installation, construction standards and specifications.
  • Interprets technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports to ensure that the design conforms to prescribed codes, standards and customer requirements.
  • Researches and analyzes customer's Terms of Reference (TOR), specifications, manuals and other data to evaluate the feasibility and maintenance requirement of designs or applications.
  • Prepares layouts and monitors the development of detailed drawings and other related documents in connection with project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Interfaces with other disciplines and departments.
