THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) Junior Manager to join our team.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all daily duties are completed according to the Hungry Lion standard and to assist in ensuring that our food and health standards are enforced by assisting with the:

• drawing up the daily cleaning schedules.
• daily cleaning of all equipment and the branch itself.
• daily preparation of food: filtration, preventative maintenance, temperature controls, code dating, food saf...
