To support the effective delivery of HR Operations by managing employee benefits, leave and time administration, HR systems, compliance, employee relations, and HR analytics while ensuring efficient HR processes, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and high-quality employee services. The role also supports job evaluation initiatives, and organizational structure management to strengthen HR governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end employee benefits administration through a data-driven approach to enhance efficiency, cost optimization, and employee experience.
