The role is responsible for supporting HR transformation and digitalization initiatives by assisting in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HR technology solutions, particularly SAP SuccessFactors. It involves coordinating with HR teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful system implementation, seamless integration, and efficient HR service delivery. The position also supports end-to-end HR projects, prepares system documentation and user training materials, provides postimplementation support, and contributes to continuous process improvement by staying current with HR technology trends and
