This Business Systems I role is for a Critical Incident Response Coordinator with 0 - 2 years’ experience in the position. The role has responsibility to drive Major Incidents to resolution in a timely manner by coordinating all required stakeholders on a technical bridge. Communicate the business impact and current troubleshooting actions to the required audience via email, SMS, or Service Now alerts in the pre-determined cadence (every 1 or 2 hours).
