Role

• The Junior Mac Support Engineer will provide support for Mac systems and applications
• Great customer service skills
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Monitor and maintain system performance
• Provide guidance and advice on system optimisation

Profile

• The Junior Mac Support Engineer will have 1-3 years' experience supporting Mac environments
• The Mac Support Engineer will have experience with support ticket management and tracking (JIRA Service Desk preferred)
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Technical knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Android
• Technical knowledge of modern Windows OS
