Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Admitted Attorney
- 12 years' post-admission litigation experience
- Experience in Civil Litigation is essential
- Exposure to Minister of Police matters, Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims, Insolvency, and Business Rescue matters
- Basic exposure to Criminal Law will be advantageous
- Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through to finalisation
- Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, and other litigation-related documents
- Attend court appearances, consultations, and pre-trial conferences
- Handle Minister of Police claims, RAF matters, insolvency and business rescue proceedings
