Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Interface with customer to gather User Requirements
  • Configuration and deployment of LabWare Products
  • Introduction to interfaces with external applications
  • Implement instrument integration with LabWare products.
  • Develop and maintain superior LabWare product knowledge.
  • Ability and willingness to work with a team.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Proficiency in Crystal Reports Development
  • Understanding of database concepts such as SQL, tables and fields
  • Understanding of programming, proficiency in at least one language
  • Understanding of Project management

Additional Requirements and Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:
