Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to join their Labour & Employment team in Hamilton. This role is ideal for someone starting their legal support career who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a busy practice. The position follows a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office .
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to associates and the broader legal team.
- Open and organize client files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and document deliveries.
- Coordinate scanning, copying, filing, and document management tasks.
