Junior Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior LabTechnician for our Food and Nutrition Laboratory.
The primary focus of this role will be to support food
application trials by preparing samples, managing ingredient and consumable
stocks, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day lab
operations.
The role is critical in enabling timely customer sampling,
accurate trials, and a well-organized, compliant application lab.


The position is responsible for:
  • Supporting food application trials by preparing samples, weighing ingredients, and assisting in the laboratory during lab work.
  • Conducting multiple application trials and measuring the outcome of the trials.
  • Manage lab ingredients and consumables, including stock control, ordering, labeling, and expiry tracking to ensure continuous availability.
