Junior IT Technician

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer support, and working independently. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). 2–5 years' hands-on experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role. Microsoft 365 certification or successful completion of a relevant Microsoft certification/exam. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems. Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
