Job Description

Franklin Empire Inc. supplies electrical components for new construction, renovation and maintenance of industrial plants, residences and commercial buildings. We provide OEM and MRO solutions (maintenance, repair and operation), lighting design, inventory management, training, automation expertise, and specialized services.

We are presently in search of a Junior IT Technician for our Toronto Branch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, maintain and update computer equipment (computers, peripherals, programs and software, etc.)
  • Check computer hardware (hard drive, mouse, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
  • Management of the various security mechanisms;
  • Troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems and software in person, remotely and by phone;
  • Report anomalies or breakdowns in the operation of equipment, provide the solutions required for optimal use;
