Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users.
- Managing and maintaining hardware and software in the computer.
- Desktop PC, printer and IT equipment support, upgrade and maintenance.
- Maintain and configure existing customer IT system, PC, servers, firewall, switch, and others.
- Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches and firewalls.
- Work closely with other IT staff to implement network solutions and improvements
Requirements:
- Junior IT technical support
- At least 1 year of working experience in IT technical/network field/ Fresh graduate in IT/network (or equivalent experience).
- Applicant should be Malaysian citizens.
- CCNA certificate will be an added advantage.
- Independent, hands-on and can work under pressure.
