Responsibilities


  • PC issue troubleshooting (by hotline/remote in) and inquiry
  • Users mailbox issues troubleshooting
  • Physically setup and install new PC/laptop/monitor/desk phone for users
  • Install new PC software/company application/anti-virus for users
  • Install/replace PC hardware for users (e.g. graphic card, RAM card)
  • Install additional IT peripherals (e.g. printer/headset/webcam/docking)
  • Update PC’s operation system/software/anti-virus to latest version
  • User desk cable re-organization and tidy up
  • Work with client’s IT team for requested tasks
  • Mobile device and application basic installation and troubleshooting
