Junior IT Support Technician

Introduction

Fire-IT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and possess the skills necessary to set up, configure tenants, maintain, and monitor networks and servers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients

• Microsoft 365: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 to set up, configure, and troubleshoot M365 tenants for our clients.
