As an Onsite Support Engineer L1 / L1.5 , you will be working closely with our technical support team to resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Educations:

Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues

Diagnose construction or machinery problems

Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise

Oversee repairs and technical improvements

Inspect and test material and machinery for safety

Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
