About the role

As a Mandarin-speaking IT Support at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for managing server order deliveries and providing full-cycle technical support to clients in the Chinese-speaking market. You will handle pre- and post-sales inquiries, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure service excellence through a shift-based support schedule.
