Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
  • Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
  • Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.
