Role Overview

As an IT Support, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our IT Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?

- Support L1/L2 in HO and store. Escalation to external company and corporate when needed.

- Management of all IT hardware & software licenses (setting up, installations and maintenance).

- Guarantee relationships between company departments and stores for a good grasp of the IT system development. User training.

- Maintain the IT system, connectivity and equipment used by the company at points of sale.
