Job Description

New Era Technology is seeking an IT support professional to be the first point of contact for client issues across multiple sites in the Dunedin region. You will interact face-to-face and via a ticket system, prioritizing and troubleshooting technical problems for non-technical users.

You will travel locally, use a company vehicle for out-of-town trips, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
