About the role
As Junior IT Supporter, you will be the first point of contact for daily IT requests, helping our team keep the system running smoothly while learning everything you need on the job.
Work tasks
- Handling tickets: Receive, sort, and answer simple IT support requests in our Partner's system (Service Desk Plus).
- Fixing errors: Check error reports from the tickets and solve the issues directly in the system.
- Managing permissions: Set up user accounts and manage access rights in our Partner's ERP system (Microsoft Business Central).
- Data maintenance: Check, update, and keep master data clean and accurate.
- Assisting in the IT project: Support the team with minor tasks during our ongoing, large-scale system migration.
