Swisslinx AG is seeking an IT Support professional to join their team in Baar, Switzerland. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, troubleshooting issues across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. This role requires 1+ years of experience in IT Support with relevant qualifications.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or Computer Science, has strong knowledge of ITIL processes, and hands-on experience with Active Directory and ITSM tools. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
