Johnson Electric in Zacatecas, MX, is seeking a Jr IT Regional Service Desk Coordinator for onsite plant-based support. You will handle first-level hardware, software, and network issues, install and maintain IT equipment, and support incident management and CMDB data accuracy.

Qualified candidates have an associate degree in IT/CS (bachelor's preferred), 1 year IT support experience, and familiarity with remote desktop tools, ITIL practices, and English communication. On-call rotation applies.
