Partner with Hiring Managers to collaborate on defining hiring needs, aligning expectations, and creating tailored recruitment plans;
Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like LinkedIn (Recruiter). Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools efficiently. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates;
Conducting video interviews;
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Act as a brand ambassador to attract and retain top talent;
What You'll Need:
BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
At least 1 year of experience in recruiting IT profiles;
