Junior It Operations Specialist Role Toronto

Join Aecon's IT team as a Junior Specialist for IT Operations, helping drive day-to-day operational support and project setups across various sites. You will assist end-users both remotely and in office. In this role, you will report to the Manager, IT Operations, and support corporate branches and job sites.

Your focus will be on setup and deployment of equipment, maintaining diagrams for cabling, and managing the entire lifecycle of office support operations. You’ll also work closely with procurement teams to find cost-effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job site setups engaging internal teams
