Supporting external clients with software and programming device issues Printer support
Antivirus and general software support
Server administration (Noah, Kaspersky, Syspro) General Troubleshooting and technical support VOiP Support
Installing and ensuring hardware and software components. Repairing and replacing damaged hardware.
Hardware support (Monitors, printer, keyboards, mice, boardroom TV's) Networking (collaborating with Crisp Fibre, checking IP ranges and subnets, WI-Fi support, and administration)
Good time management
Good Teamworking & Interpersonal skills
Qualifications & Experience
CompTIA A+ CompTIA N+
Microsoft Certified Systems Egineer (MCSE) - beneficial 2 years' experience in similar field
