**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Junior IT Administrator to support our US Mint program. This position will be in Washington, DC and will be a hybrid remote position.

+ Work in professional IT service environment, consisting of ticket, service request, knowledgebase, and asset management.
+ Provides technical support for computers and associated networks. Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs personal computers, network equipment such as servers, modems, multiplexers, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
