Minimum Requirements Matric Certificate 2 years relevant experience in an IT support or systems administration role Basic experience in setting up laptops, desktops, and networks Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Leadership ability Key Responsibilities IT Support & Systems Administration Provide first-line IT support to internal staff and external clients (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting). Manage and maintain hosted servers, email backups, and cloud storage solutions. Administer Microsoft accounts, third-party software, and proprietary systems. Manage IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution. Perform routine system administration (backups, updates, network maintenance).
