Job Title: Junior / Intermediate Systems & Infrastructure Engineer
Location: On-site in Hong Kong (data centers + client offices)
Role Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing IT/telecom services provider looking for a hands-on systems engineer who can learn quickly, work independently, and support the build-out of our infrastructure platform. The role combines rack-and-stack hardware work in Hong Kong data centers with Linux and networking engineering. You’ll be mentored but expected to teach yourself and take ownership as you go.
Responsibilities
- Rack and stack servers, switches, and storage in Hong Kong data centers
- Handle cabling, labeling, and deployment documentation
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers
- Support VoIP and SIP platforms (PBX, SBC, or related systems)
- Assist with network infrastructure (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing)
