The Opportunity

We're building something genuinely new: a blockchain-based credential wallet that lets job seekers with disabilities verify and own their professional credentials (degrees, certifications, and work history) on their own terms. Candidates verify once, share selectively, and never have to prove themselves again to every new employer. It's a direct response to a real and documented problem: people with disabilities face disproportionate credential scrutiny in hiring, and we're building the infrastructure to fix that.
