Integration Ops Analyst JR Integration Ops Analyst The Jr Integration Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the integration of various systems and applications within the organization. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems. Key Responsibilities: Responsible to monitor integration platforms and applications in all environments plus incident resolution with in SLAs. Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders regarding integration processes and related systems. Implement bug fixes and minor enhancements for existing integrations, also provide UAT testing and hyper care support.
