Role Overview
An entry‑level to junior role supporting the development, configuration, and support of API and integration services using IBM WebSphere DataPower . The role works under senior guidance and focuses on learning enterprise integration, API security, and middleware operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring IBM DataPower  services (MPGW, WSP, XML Firewall)
- Support REST and SOAP API integrations
- Apply basic security configurations (SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication)
- Develop simple transformations using GatewayScript, XSLT, or XQuery
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues in non‑production and production environments
- Work closely with senior engineers and follow established integration standards
