Job Description

CSMART is currently looking for a full-time Junior Instructor (Electrical) as part of the Operations Department.

Reporting to a Senior Instructor and indirectly to the Senior Manager Technical, this role supports course delivery, preparation, and development, while focusing on current and emerging technologies, crew resource management, and company procedures achieved through training and simulations.

As a Junior Instructor (Electrical), your responsibilities, amongst others, will include:

• Coordinating with lead instructors to ensure classrooms, simulators, and materials are ready before courses start
• Assisting in delivering courses according to CSMARTs course delivery process and quality standards
