Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Daily follow up of the status of import and export shipments (shipment forecast, bookings, shipment confirmation, transhipments, etc.)
- Tracking export/Import orders - new and open
- Requesting quotes for maritime and/or air shipments with one or more cargo agents - when necessary
- Conference and entry of expenses that make up the cost of import and export in OSGT/SAP systems.
- Tests to implement improvements in SAP and OSGT systems
