Junior Implementation Manager

Overview

This is a 12-month fixed-term Project Manager role within IRIS’s Professional Services team , focused on the implementation of IRIS Cascade HCM , our HR and people management software.

Your role is to help new customers successfully set up and start using the software. You’ll guide them through the implementation process - planning the work, keeping communication clear, and making sure each project reaches go-live smoothly.

You won’t be writing code or providing technical support. Instead, you’ll focus on organisation, coordination, and communication, working with customers and internal delivery teams to keep projects on track and customers confident.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple pieces of work, and taking ownership of delivery.
