Junior ICT Specialist

Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Junior ICT Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Helpdesk Services such as PC/Desktop/Laptop related services; printers, scanners and other PC peripherals; software and operating systems; IP-PBX telephony hardware and services; CCTV hardware, software application and services; preventive maintenance services; and other related services and functions.
• Manage, maintain and administer ICT infrastructure technologies and perform related service tickets.
• Manage, maintain and administer ICT security technologies and perform related service tickets.
• Provide technology reports based on the assigned technology specialization and customer satisfaction evaluation.
• Provide accurate technical documentation of implementations, resolutions, research and technical items related to ICT.
