What We Are Looking For The Junior Human Resources Business Partner support the delivery of people solution by partnering with line managers and employees to implement HR initiatives, provide first-line HR advice, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices. The role works closely with HR Business Partners and General Manager to deliver effective HR services that support business objectives.
