Your daily tasks:

  • Fostering the smooth integration of new joiners into the team and supporting their alignment with the company’s culture and values.
  • Organizing smaller internal events and providing hands-on support in the organization of major, company-wide events.
  • Supporting HR administrative operations, including training logistics (managing registrations, feedback surveys, and post-training reports).
  • Assisting with newcomers' logistics, cooperating with IT and Administration departments, and helping maintain communication with new hires.
  • Preparing graphic materials and engaging content for internal communication channels in line with the HR team's guidelines.
  • Coordinating the inventory and ordering of company gifts, occasional benefits, and promotional materials (HR swag).
  • Supporting the HR team with other various ongoing operational, and ad-hoc tasks.
