· Assist the HR Department in recruitment process (employee and interns) which includes job posting on job portals and social medias, schedule interview (face – to – face and virtual) and prepare interview documents.

· Assist in Company Induction program for new hire – prepare induction documents, liaise with Admin Department for new hire ID Card and send welcome or induction email to new hire.

· Handle Staff Confirmation process which includes sending staff evaluation form to respective Project Manager / Head of Division (HOD) and prepare Confirmation Letter.

· Assist HR and Admin Department in Resignation process which includes handling asset handover process.

· Calculate and verify Employee Monthly Claim.

· Assist Payroll Team in checking and verifying Employee Monthly Attendance, MC and EL.

· Maintain Staff Personal File (hardcopy and softcopy) according to Company standard.
