About The Role

The Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical supporting role in enabling smooth HR operations, ensuring people processes are followed, and strengthening communication between HR and functional teams. This role works closely with both production and non-production teams, providing day-to-day HR support and assisting in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and performance practices across the organization. The Junior HRBP ensures that employee experience, HR documentation, and cross-team coordination stay consistent with Zuria Dor’s culture and business expectations.
