About The Role
The Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical supporting role in enabling smooth HR operations, ensuring people processes are followed, and strengthening communication between HR and functional teams. This role works closely with both production and non-production teams, providing day-to-day HR support and assisting in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and performance practices across the organization.
The Junior HRBP ensures that employee experience, HR documentation, and cross-team coordination stay consistent with Zuria Dor's culture and business expectations.

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns across departments.
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
